For some clients who came from a large sunny penthouse, the challenge was to bring natural light into every corner of this ground floor, and make the patio the heart of the house, a place to rest, sunbathe, dine, swim. , in complete tranquility. At the back of the patio was an abandoned warehouse. There we installed the main bedroom, with its bathroom. And we join the bedroom with the rest of the house through a hallway open to the patio, and shaded by wooden blinds to maintain privacy. A certain tropical air!
