Debora and Sebas were living in a 40m2 apartment and dreamed of having a terrace. Why not recover the attic in order to connect the apartment to the rooftop?
We managed to generate enough height to create a duplex, giving them a new bedroom featuring the old wooden beams, therefore creating a room leading to a small terrace: Debora’s dream come true.
